All leather and sheepskin material are sourced only from Africa.

Pantoffel are water resistant and fine to wear in light snow and light rain showers, but they are not waterproof. Please try to avoid walking through puddles and dust off snow, rather than leaving it to melt. If you decide to spray your Pantoffels before use, please use a recommended brand of suede protection spray and shake well before use.

You may want to spray double-face sheepskin before first wear by spraying with a silicon suede protector - please shake well before use. Maintain by brushing with a clean soft brush.

Maintain as you would any leather shoe

Using a damp sponge with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse thoroughly. Repeat damp sponge with cold clean water and dry naturally.

Shearling is high-quality, soft sheep- or lambskin. The material is warm, breathable and has temperature-regulating properties.

After some wear the wool on our footbeds become more compacted and less fluffy. The footbeds are fully removable and replaceable for freshening up your existing Pantoffels. Footbeds will be available on our site soon for ordering

Sizes are listed on the fit chart for both men and women and follow European sizing

If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Please keep in mind that underneath the sheepskin is a molded cork footbed which you want your foot to not overlap at the edges. Your foot should fit comfortably within the perimeters of the top edge. Your shoes will stretch slightly and the fur pile on the footbed with naturally flatten with wear.

We offer full sizes only and recommend sizing up 1/2 size if you are usually wear 1/2 sizes.

We offer free Returns and exchanges within the US. Pantoffel accepts returns on eligible full-priced items within thirty (30) days from the date that the item was delivered to you. Pantoffel accepts returns on eligible reduced-price (or “sale”) items within fourteen (14) days from the date that the item was delivered to you. If you have worn your pair outside, we cannot accept it back for a return or exchange. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. If a returned item is used, any refund shall be at the discretion of Pantoffel’.
